Brow tint & wax

Brow Shaping

Full Face

Inside the Nose

Basic Waxing Information

  1. Ideal hair length for waxing is 1/4 inch which is approximately 2-4 weeks worth of growth. It may take a couple waxes to get your hair on the same cycle if we are starting out with a brand new waxing session so expect some regrowth in-between.

  2. Avoid the sun and tanning beds at least 24 hours prior and post waxing.

  3. Facial waxing please discontinue use of all retinols, AHA’s, exfoliants, prescribed topical products that sensitize the skin, or medications that can thin the skin at least 1 weeks before and after waxing.

  4. If you are on blood thinners, anticoagulants or aspirin you run the risk of bruising so if possible please refrain from using and let me know.

  5. Avoid extreme heat for about 24 hours after ie: showers, baths, hot springs, sauna’s, steam rooms, and hot tubs to prevent aggravating the freshly waxed skin.

  6. Ingrown hairs can be avoided by daily manual exfoliation with a loofah or my personal favorite: exfoliation mitt like the Spa Cells facial mitt and the Oregon made bar soap Molly Muriel Volcanic Bliss. I also love the line Fur for daily down there care and prevention of ingrown hairs. Daily use of the Fur oil also helps to soften the hair regrowth as it comes in. I use the Fur oil after I wax you as well to help reduce any irritation.
